Naomi Heaton, is founder and CEO of The Other House, a new lifestyle hospitality brand in prime central London. The Other House combines apartment-style living with hotel services and private club facilities. The Other House opened in South Kensington in July 2022, with planned openings for Covent Garden and Belgravia, before rolling out to other parts of Central London and internationally. The Other House is a joint venture partnership between London Central Portfolio (LCP), leading real estate investment advisory, and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands. Naomi recognised the changing needs of long stay tenants whilst CEO of LCP, which led to the ground breaking concept of The Other House. She remains chair and non-executive director of LCP.
