Over the last 25 years, Mayank Shah has emerged as a global thought leader in supplier diversity, responsible sourcing and economic inclusion, founding two supplier diversity organisations in the UK (MSDUK) and in Europe (ESDP) and co-founding GSDA, a global think tank on supplier diversity.

His passion for supporting small businesses around the world to achieve their potential, grow globally, and build new products and technologies has been behind the setting up of Grow Beyond Borders, an AI-powered trade tech platform that provides SMEs with tools to connect with global networks, access market insights, and receive expert guidance efficiently.

In July 2025, Mayank was awarded the prestigious 'Bharat Gaurav Award' that recognises and celebrates the outstanding achievements of Indian nationals who have left an indelible mark on their respective fields.
